Refund and Return Policy

All items purchased on the platform are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

However, requests for refunds or exchanges in exceptional circumstances will be at the sole discretion of SEAGM.

The buyer must submit a written request for any refund to SEAGM within seven (7) days of receiving the purchased item. Failure to do so will automatically forfeit the buyer's right to request any refund or exchange.
